Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders within South Africa.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Many products are sent from international fulfilment centres, so delivery typically takes 7–21 business days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number and link when your order is dispatched. Tracking for international parcels can take a few days to start updating.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible at yasserdollie@gmail.com.

What is your returns policy?

You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order if you change your mind, and faulty or incorrect items are covered for 6 months. Please read our Refund Policy for full details before sending anything back.

My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered. What should I do?

Email us with your order number and photos as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

What size dogs is the elevated bed suitable for?

The elevated bed with canopy is designed for small to medium dogs.

Does the hands-free leash fit all waist sizes?

The adjustable belt fits waist sizes from approximately 71 cm to 127 cm (28 to 50 inches).

Is the portable water bottle suitable for cats?

It is designed for small to medium-sized dogs and cats.
